Giacomo Pompanin

Sport climbing area on Mt. Sasso di Stria

The Sass di Stria is a minor peak within the Fanis group.
The crag is located at the base of the east wall, at the beginning of the path that leads to the edge.
The rock of the crag is weathered and slabby and hence ideal for beginners.

After the satisfaction of climbing, take advantage of the proximity and visit the Open-air Museum of Mt. Sasso di Stria and the Goiginger tunnel!

Those who do not have the necessary equipment can rent it on-site at the Lagazuoi Info-point & Rental.
