Introducing a new app, the WWI Open-Air Museum on Mount Lagazuoi offers visitors a convenient and comprehensive way to delve into the background and challenges of a dramatic war fought at high altitudes.
Exploring the paths, restored emplacements, trenches, and tunnels will provide insight into the hardships faced by soldiers on the front line as they battled not only the enemy but also the harsh conditions of cold, fatigue, hunger, and fear.

There are 130 panels positioned along the museum paths, each featuring a tab containing an engaging narrative. Every panel is marked with a code that, when entered on a smartphone, reveals a wealth of content: texts, images, audio and video recordings that offer a lively and impressive insight into the topic.
