On 28 March, the excellence of Chris Oberhammer comes to Rifugio Lagazuoi

There are places where signature cuisine takes on a new dimension, suspended between the sky and the Dolomite peaks. ​On 28 March, Rifugio Lagazuoi will play host to an exceptional culinary event: Michelin-starred chef Chris Oberhammer, from the Tilia restaurant in Dobbiaco, will collaborate with the mountain hut team to create an exclusive gourmet dinner.

The event will feature a five-course menu, expertly paired with selected wines, at a cost of €120 per person (wines included).

The evening has been designed to be a fully immersive experience, and therefore participation is exclusively reserved for guests staying overnight at the refuge. ​Spending the night at 2,752 metres above sea level turns the dinner into an unforgettable experience: you get to witness the spectacular sunset that sets the peaks ablaze and wake up to a breathtaking sunrise over the Dolomites.

This is a rare combination of the elegance of Michelin-starred cuisine and the beauty of the high mountains, designed for those seeking an experience that goes beyond the palate.
